You create offers that convince
On the telephone, you move confidently between German and French
: You enjoy providing "Wow" experiences for our customers
In addition, you work closely with our field service employees and Key Account Managers – you are a well-coordinated team
What you bring with you
A commercial basic education or training in retail with a technical flair or a manual-technical basic education (e.g., timber construction, carpentry, mechanics) with commercial experience
Experience in direct customer contact
Ideally experience with CRM/ERP systems and corresponding process understanding
Good basic MS Office skills
Very good German and French skills, Italian is an advantage
