Specialist Marketing \& Communication (m/f) 80\-100% In this versatile role within the Marketing Services \& Communication team, you combine content and editorial work with marketing services, coordination, and project work. You prepare health topics in an understandable way, manage various marketing requests, and work closely with internal and external partners. Initiative, organizational talent, and a desire to roll up your sleeves are required. Your tasks • You research health and complementary medicine topics and prepare them in an understandable and well-founded manner. • You write blogs, interviews, customer magazine, and social media texts. • You design scripts for podcasts, short videos, and other content formats and enjoy appearing in front of a microphone or camera. • You are the contact person for individual marketing activities and sponsoring, coordinate requests, and accompany their implementation. • You coordinate projects and marketing activities, maintain an overview, and help with implementation. • You work closely with Product Management, Sales, Medicine, Graphics, and Digital Marketing and maintain your internal and external network. Your profile • Education in journalism, communication, or marketing. • Practical experience in communication, content, and marketing services as well as enjoyment of writing. • Strong interest in complementary medicine, naturopathy, and health topics. • Organizational talent, communication strength, and enjoyment of networking with different people. • Independent, reliable way of working with a strong hands\-on mentality. • Interest in podcasts, videos, and other content formats as well as willingness to participate in front of a microphone or camera. • Stylish German, knowledge of English is an advantage.
