Negishi Urban Susi, an innovative food concept from Familie Wiesner Gastronomie AG, was established in 2006 and has since earned a permanent place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classic to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. The establishment in Basel at Stänzlergasse is one of the few with a so-called Kaiten, also known as a sushi conveyor belt, and has 80 seats in the interior and 32 additional seats in the exterior area.

To complement our warm and well-coordinated team, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a motivated

Your versatile activities:

• Cleaning the kitchen and washing the dishes 🧽
• Support with preparation tasks in the kitchen 🍳
• Adhering to all hygiene guidelines and quality standards ✅
• Maintaining order in storage areas and the kitchen 🗄️
• Support with the preparation of the Mise en Place for lunch and dinner service 🍴

Your talents & experiences:

• Several years of experience in the kitchen 👨🍳
• Good German language skills in speaking 🗣️
• You work cleanly and precisely ✨
• A hands-on mentality is one of your strengths 🛠️
• Helpfulness and team spirit characterize you 🤝
