The Robotics Business Unit designs, produces, and markets liquid handling robots to automate processes, from the pharmaceutical industry to food and beverage, including research on cells or DNA.

What you can accomplish:

• Promote AI adoption across the company by identifying and shaping high-impact opportunities throughout the value chain
• Translate business needs into structured AI use cases, ensuring clear value propositions and feasibility
• Define and manage a prioritized AI roadmap and product backlog, aligned with business objectives
• Align business and IT stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding and engagement
• Contribute to the definition of AI standards, governance, and best practices, in collaboration with architecture and engineering roles
• Serve as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring alignment between long-term vision and short-term delivery
• Promote AI awareness and understanding through clear communication at all levels of the organization

What you bring:

• Degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field with a specialization in AI
• More than 5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or similar roles
• Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and AI-driven applications
• Proven experience in translating business needs into technical requirements and product roadmaps
• Ability to bridge business and technical perspectives, working effectively with stakeholders from different domains
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels of the organization
• Strategic mindset combined with a practical and execution-oriented approach
• Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving
• Curiosity, pragmatism, and a passion for using AI to create business value
