Project Manager* You lead demanding infrastructure projects from planning to implementation and thereby actively help shape the further development of our plants as well as buildings. In doing so, you coordinate interdisciplinary project teams, external partners and operations, keep an eye on costs, deadlines and quality, and ensure that complex projects are successfully realized taking into account operational and public framework conditions. Tasks You lead infrastructure projects such as renewals of process technology plants in the area of the wastewater treatment plant (ARA), the new construction of a logistics hub or renovations / conversions of the building infrastructure. You coordinate interdisciplinary project teams, external planning offices, executing construction companies as well as the operations team. You steer projects proactively with an additional eye on regulatory requirements, risks, contracts and operational framework conditions. You are responsible for creating concepts, decision bases and specifications as well as tenders and awards of planning and construction services according to the guidelines of public procurement. You ensure compliance with legal regulations, quality requirements and common safety standards.
