Group Controller 80-100% (m/f/d) Finance & Controlling In this role, you are part of our Finance & Controlling team and support the BÜCHI Group with meaningful analyses, modern reporting solutions, and data-based decision-making foundations. You combine financial contexts with a strong understanding of data and Business Intelligence and contribute to the further development of our reporting and controlling landscape. What makes your everyday life exciting? * Further development of our reporting and BI solutions, particularly in Power BI and Jedox * Analysis of financial and corporate data as well as creation of meaningful reports * Support of budget, forecast, and planning processes * Performance of variance analyses and derivation of recommendations for action * Updating and further development of group-wide transfer pricing documentation. * Collaboration on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements at the group level * Ensuring data quality and continuous optimization of reporting processes * Close cooperation with various specialist departments and international companies * Performance of internal audits at the subsidiaries What do you bring with you? * Several years of experience in the International Controlling, Reporting, or Business Intelligence environment, with corresponding education * Experience with Power BI, data modeling, and modern reporting solutions * Good knowledge of financial processes as well as accounting according to IFRS or Swiss GAAP FER * Transfer pricing knowledge is an advantage * Very good Excel skills as well as experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One is an advantage) * Analytical, structured, and independent way of working * Confident appearance in an international environment in English and German What do we offer you?
