Building Project Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate construction projects, from the preparation phase to delivery
• Ensure global project management (deadlines, costs, quality)
• Develop and monitor implementation schedules
• Supervise the technical, administrative, and financial aspects of projects
• Coordinate the various stakeholders (mandataries, companies, subcontractors)
• Participate in site meetings and guarantee the proper progress of works
• Control tenders, offers, and statements of account
• Ensure compliance with current standards as well as safety requirements

Profile

• Training in the building sector (engineer, ES technician, works director or equivalent)
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in project management in the construction sector within a general contractor
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and initiative
• Interpersonal skills and good communication with various partners
• Mastery of French, both spoken and written
• Good mastery of standard IT tools and professional software
