Your main tasks are

• You organize and coordinate our further training from A to Z and ensure that everything runs smoothly from planning to follow-up.
• You analyze evaluations, derive valuable insights from them and actively contribute to the continuous further development and quality assurance of our course offerings.
• You support specialists in the development of e-learning courses and innovative learning formats and help to design attractive and practical learning offers.
• You work with commitment in projects and actively contribute your ideas and competencies.
• You are the first point of contact for those interested in apprenticeships, degree programs and internships and advise them competently and in a service-oriented manner.
• You support the planning, organization and implementation of events for our learners.

You possess

• You have completed basic commercial training or a degree at tertiary level (HF, FH or university).
• You bring experience in the organization of further training, courses, events or projects and enjoy efficiently coordinating and successfully bringing together different tasks.
• You work in a structured, independent and service-oriented manner and maintain an overview even when several topics require your attention at the same time.
• You are interested in digital forms of learning and move securely and proficiently in the digital working world.
• You communicate clearly, appreciatively and appropriately to the target group with different stakeholders.

The headquarters of Viva Luzern is located on the left bank of the Reuss in the lively Bruch quartier. From here, it is only a few steps to the popular Luzern old town. The central location allows for an active exchange with the five elderly care centers. The headquarters also includes the Medical Service and Physiotherapy departments located in the operations.
