Communication & Marketing Manager (Architecture Firm) 60%

We are an architecture firm with around 60 employees at two locations. Our field of activity ranges from project studies and competitions to classic planning and implementation tasks, up to the in-house development of entire projects as a general contractor. In this way, we undertake complete project processing - from the first idea to the handover of the keys - and thereby offer our customers a single, manageable and reliable interface. We are primarily active in the area of our two locations in Basel and Zürich. We are looking for a committed personality from architecture for communication & marketing, who makes our projects visible, thereby strengthening our office and thus actively contributing to the acquisition of new contacts and projects. Your tasks • Planning and implementation of corporate communication • Support and further development of our website as well as the social media channels • Media preparation of project references (coordination of project photography, storytelling, competitions) • Assistance with events, customer events and project inspections and their documentation on our communication channels Your profile • Experience and interest in and regarding the architecture industry • Architecture degree with interest in marketing and communication; further education in the field of marketing, communication or PR is an advantage. • Good German skills in spoken and written • Experience with social media, layout, image editing • Creative, structured, independent and strong in communication We offer • Responsibility for the visibility and brand perception of the office • Motivated team and modern working environment • Opportunity to accompany projects from planning to publication • Creative freedom and development opportunities Job perspective The position is to be filled in the second half of 2026.
