Your task

• Telephone customer advice regarding assortment, delivery dates and prices
• Recording of orders and offers
• Co-responsible for reliable and customer-oriented order processing
• Support of the field service in the sales process
• Various commercial tasks according to field of activity
• Collaboration in projects

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with technical understanding or a technical basic training with commercial further training and experience in internal sales
• Strong communication skills, resilient and customer-oriented
• Exact, reliable and structured way of working
• Good MS-Office skills
• Very good German and French skills at least level B2
• Independent personality with an overview and organizational talent
