Your tasks
Manufacturing of windows and doors in the workshop
Work on workshop machines and CNC machines
Use and programming of a 5-axis Weinig CNC
Control and monitoring of the entire production chain
Management of the production planning, from manufacturing to installation
Organization and coordination of the various production stages
Supervision and management of the production team
Quality control and compliance with deadlines
Collaboration and communication with technicians
Ensuring the proper functioning and organization of the workshop
Your profile
CFC in carpentry or equivalent training
Several years of experience in the manufacturing of windows and doors
Very good knowledge of workshop machines
Confirmed experience on 5-axis Weinig CNC
Good knowledge of CNC programming
Knowledge of the NCHops program is an asset
Perfectly autonomous, organized and responsible
Mature person with a good sense of responsibility
Experience in the management and supervision of a team
Good team spirit and good communication skills
