You do not only want to lead projects, but also develop people and actively help shape the future of a successful division. In this key role, you will take over the technical and personnel leadership of an experienced engineering team and be responsible for demanding construction projects throughout their entire life cycle. As part of a Switzerland-wide construction project management team with around 100 specialists from architecture, engineering, and an established Project Office, you will lead a versatile and demanding project spectrum. This includes modern office working environments, infrastructure projects, life cycle renovations, as well as sustainable projects within the framework of Net Zero and complex construction programs. Together with your team, you will ensure the achievement of goals in terms of quality, costs, and deadlines. At the same time, you will actively further develop construction project management, maintain close customer relationships, and make a significant contribution to the sustainable success of the division.
