For our client, an established Swiss company, we are looking for a cheerful, customer-oriented, and reliable personality to strengthen the team in inside sales, effective immediately or by arrangement.

your tasks

• Independent processing of offers and customer orders
• Advising and supporting customers via telephone and e-mail
• Close cooperation and support of the field sales service
• Processing of customer returns and complaints
• Opening of new customers as well as maintenance of customer data in the ERP system

Qualifications

your competencies

• Completed commercial basic training
• Very good German and Italian skills in spoken and written form
• French skills are an advantage
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Team-oriented, resilient, structured, and careful way of working
