For an office for architecture and construction management in Aarau, we are looking for a construction manager. The team plans and realizes living spaces with a focus on form, function, and economic-ecological quality -- predominantly new buildings and renovations, extensions, as well as studies in the Aarau region (EFH, MFH, commercial, occasionally industry). The construction management is the link between architecture, specialist planners, contractors, and the client.

Your tasks

• Local construction management of new buildings and renovations
• Coordination of contractors, specialist planners, and craftsmen
• Ensuring quality, costs, and deadlines
• Cost management, project and cost analyses
• Acceptances, defects, and handover
• Direct contact with the client, client representation if required
• Cooperation with the internal architectural planning

Your profile

• Training as a Construction Manager, Building Technician HF/TS, Architect, or Draughtsman with proven construction management practice in Switzerland
• Proficient German skills
• Independent, reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of working on the construction site and in dialogue with customers
• Workload 80 - 100 %

Small, well-coordinated team, flat hierarchies, projects predominantly in the Canton of Aargau.
