Mechanic / Operator in metal rolling and transformation (M/F)

Location Neuchâtel Availability Immediately Type Fixed Reference 41147 Published on 03/07/2026 Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a : Schedules : day, potentially shifted + a few Saturdays / year CDI - 100% rate Job description ### • Carry out the production of semi-finished products in metal alloys • Perform various transformation operations : rolling, heat treatment, cutting on press, shearing, grinding and straightening • Ensure production in accordance with manufacturing ranges, internal procedures and quality specifications • Check the condition of rolling cylinders and shearing knives, and ensure their maintenance • Monitor the proper functioning of equipment, report anomalies and perform first-level maintenance • Collaborate with the team and actively participate in respecting safety, quality and productivity standards Profile ### • Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in rolling • Good knowledge and practice of measuring instruments : caliper, micrometer, durometer... • Ability to read and interpret technical documents • Good mastery of French spoken • Rigorous, meticulous, precise and involved person in their work The benefits : • A stable and versatile position within a renowned company • Good social conditions Mechanic / Operator in metal rolling and transformation (M/F) / Fixed
