WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FOR YOU

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality as Quality Key Account Manager (50%) / ASiB (50%), who actively shapes our quality processes, competently supports our customers in quality issues and at the same time takes responsibility for the topic of occupational safety

• Central customer contact person for all quality issues and solution-oriented communication
• Coordination of customer acceptances in close cooperation with production, technology and specialist departments
• Processing of complaints, coordination of root cause analyses as well as securing sustainable corrective measures
• Support in the further development of quality standards, testing processes and quality documentation
• Support of occupational safety and health protection in the role as ASiB
• Conducting safety inspections, audits and risk assessments including derivation of measures
• Sensitizing employees and managers to quality and safety standards

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Technical training, ideally with further training as a technician/master as well as several years of production experience
• Experience in quality management and operational quality assurance as well as technical process understanding
• Experience in customer contact, especially with complaints, quality issues and product acceptances
• Methodological knowledge in quality work (e.g. 8D, 6S, Ishikawa, FMEA).
• Further training in the field of occupational safety and health protection or the willingness to do so
• Structured, independent way of working with high pragmatism and proximity to production
• Practice-oriented problem solving directly at the plant and enjoyment of active improvement
• Confident, binding customer appearance as well as mandatory good German and English skills
