To reinforce our Key Account Management team at the location Cham, ZG, we are looking for an entrepreneurial personality as Key Account Manager 100% immediately or by arrangement.

What you can achieve with us ##

• Holistic customer support: You are responsible for the acquisition, support and further development of strategically important key customers in the area of full-service leasing and fleet management
• Strategic customer development: You work directly with decision-makers at management and C-level and develop long-term mobility strategies for some of the largest Swiss fleets
• Partner and dealer network: You support, maintain and develop our strategic trading partners and promote sustainable cooperation within the network
• Field service & market development: You are regularly on site with customers and trading partners in German-speaking Switzerland, recognize new business potentials and further expand existing relationships
• Project & implementation security: You ensure that complex fleet projects are successfully implemented in close cooperation with account management
• Shaping future mobility: You recognize market potentials in the area of electromobility and new mobility solutions and develop sustainable customer concepts from them
• Responsibility & integrity: You ensure compliance with all relevant legal and compliance regulations
• Living the brand: You represent movon AG professionally at customer events, industry events and networking activities

What you bring with you ##

• Education & experience: - A commercial or technical basic education as well as several years of experience in B2B sales of leasing, fleet or mobility solutions as well as demonstrable successes in the establishment and further development of strategic customer relationships
• Industry knowledge: Experience in project-oriented sales of complete solutions as well as in the support of large customers & stakeholders
• Language competence: - Business fluent German in speaking and writing and good knowledge of French, knowledge of Italian is an advantage
• Service & communication: - Strong service orientation, consulting competence and joy in dealing with a wide variety of stakeholder groups
• Negotiation & presentation: - Convincing appearance as well as experience in the creation and presentation of customer-specific solution concepts
• Structure & solution focus: - Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working with high personal responsibility
