Junior Operations Generalist - Enterprise GO Do you not just want a classic office job, but want to help build something? As a Junior Operations Generalist – Enterprise GO, you will support the operational setup and the further development of Enterprise GO. You ensure that our vehicles, locations, partners and internal processes function in everyday life. In this role, you will regularly travel around Switzerland, look after our pick-up and return points on-site and ensure that vehicles, locations and processes function reliably. YOUR TASKS Coordinate vehicle maintenance teams You look after and coordinate the employees who clean, inspect and prepare our vehicles for the next rental. Ensure quality You control the quality of the vehicle maintenance and ensure that our vehicles are clean, inspected and ready for use again. Look after locations You take responsibility for our pick-up and return points and ensure that they are clean, tidy, well-signposted and functional. Further develop the location network You support the setup of new locations, check possible new pick-up and return points and identify potential for further growth. Look after partners You maintain contact with existing location partners and ensure that cooperation works smoothly in everyday life. Coordinate daily business You maintain an overview of ongoing tasks, set priorities and find quick, practical solutions. Take on administrative tasks You support billing, invoice checks, documentation, inventory and the maintenance of important data in our systems. Collaborate with internal teams You work closely with fleet, customer service, product team and the Enterprise GO team. YOUR PROFILE You are independent, reliable and enjoy operational work. You like being on-site, communicate clearly and have no hesitation about rolling up your own sleeves.
