What you can accomplish

• You negotiate service level agreements (SLA), coordinate them with the relevant parties, and monitor them continuously.
• You regularly verify the agreed SLAs and monitor services, availability, as well as the performance of systems, networks, and applications.
• You define service and operations management processes and implement them effectively.
• You develop standardized processes to ensure service continuity.
• You act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for customers and outsourcing partners.

What characterizes you

• completed training in IT or an equivalent qualification
• several years of professional experience in IT service management
• in-depth knowledge of vendor management and governance
• a customer and service-oriented mindset as well as good communication skills
• an autonomous and responsible personality with strong planning and organizational skills
