Your tasks • Independently managing smaller to medium-sized HR projects throughout the entire project cycle - from conception to successful implementation • Playing a key role in HR projects and transformation processes and supporting their implementation • Analyzing existing HR processes, identifying optimization potential, and implementing sustainable improvements effectively • Developing and digitizing our HR system landscape and actively contributing to change processes and shaping them • Collaborating closely with HR project management and various departments to develop modern HR solutions • Coordinating different stakeholder groups and ensuring a smooth flow of information in the project environment (structured preparation of project results, reports, and decision-making bases) • Successfully anchoring new processes and solutions in the company and accompanying corresponding change measures What you bring • Education in HR or business informatics / business administration (FH/HF) as well as further training in organizational development • Experience in project management (classical or agile) and accompanying transformation projects • High degree of independence as well as motivation to take on and drive topics independently • Pronounced IT affinity and interest in HR systems (SuccessFactors, Abacus) and digital solutions • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented thinking • Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of collaboration with various stakeholder groups • Ability to prepare complex topics in a understandable way and communicate them in a target group-specific manner • Very good German language skills, French language skills are a plus Questions about the position Michèle Keller HR Project Manager +41 58 477 28 09 We look forward to your online application.
