Les Soins Volants is an innovative home care organization, operating on a holacratic liberated enterprise model that values collective intelligence. The interprofessional teams are autonomous, involved, and self-manage. Les Soins Volants aims to elevate teams towards responsible functioning, with significant decision-making capacity while ensuring the monitoring of service quality.
Our mission is to meet the care and home service needs of the population by enabling them to continue living in their environment while ensuring the maintenance and improvement of their autonomy. We have the desire to integrate the person and their family into the support process by developing a partnership relationship in order to build personalized care plans adapted to their needs. Our empathetic and systemic approach aims for the improvement of daily quality of life.
In order to support the care teams, we are looking for two team coaches:
One Coach for the Bas-Valais and Valais Central at 80-90 %
One Coach for the Riviera Vaudoise at 80-90 %
Your mission:
At Les Soins Volants, the Coach is a facilitator for the teams: they contribute to their development, autonomy, and cohesion. The Coach is a guardian of the values of Les Soins Volants. They help maintain coherence between the teams' practice, the institutional framework, and the vision of Les Soins Volants. The Coach accompanies teams in their decision-making and their search for solutions, particularly during complex clinical or organizational situations. They can intervene as a mediator in case of difficulties. They provide individual support if necessary.
About you:
You hold a HES degree in nursing, or equivalent recognized by the Swiss Red Cross, and additional training in team management, with proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the home care sector;
You have interpersonal skills such as empathy, benevolence, listening, and a good sense of humor;
You have a developed sense of responsibility, while maintaining an assertive posture;
You are open and flexible to a new model of horizontal management with shared governance;
You have a good knowledge of standard IT tools and a willingness to learn how to use new software;
You are dynamic, organized, multi-tasking, able to manage stress and set priorities;
You want to commit to an agile and innovative company, signatory to the CCT SAN (VD) and the CCT SLD (VS).
