• You are responsible for the Application Management of our Input Management applications as well as the central data platform
• You control the entire lifecycle, from operation, costs, and capacities to changes, releases, tests, and implementation
• You are the central contact person for business departments and IT, control external partners, and represent the interests of SWICA towards suppliers and providers
• You analyze and prioritize requirements and drive digitalization and automation forward together with the business departments
• You keep an eye on dependencies, interfaces, and data flows and help design cross-system solutions
• You ensure compliance with requirements for information security, data protection, IAM, governance, and business continuity

This distinguishes you ###

• Higher vocational education in computer science or business informatics (HF/FH/University) or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in Application Management, Service Management, technical Product Management, or a comparable function
• Good understanding of modern Input Management solutions, data platforms, and complex system landscapes, ideally in the Microsoft Azure environment
• Experience in managing external IT service providers, software suppliers, and service providers
• You grasp technical contexts quickly and mediate confidently between business and technology
• Experience in Input Management, Intelligent Document Processing, or the insurance environment is an advantage
• Very good German and good English skills
