Tasks ###

• You will take over the support, further development, and optimization of business-critical business applications and ERP systems and ensure their reliable operation
• As a link between specialist departments, IT, and external partners, you will record requirements, analyze business processes, and translate these into sustainable system solutions
• You will analyze malfunctions and technical problems, coordinate their resolution, and accompany 2nd/3rd-level support
• You will plan and accompany changes, releases, tests, migrations, and rollouts and ensure a structured transition into ongoing operations
• You will analyze interfaces, APIs, and data flows between different applications and support the assurance of high data and process quality
• You will work closely with key users, internal IT specialists, as well as external development and implementation partners
• You will document applications, processes, and changes in a traceable manner and support users during the introduction of new functions

Profile ###

• You have practical experience in application management, application support, ERP consulting, or the operation of business applications
• You understand business processes and can translate requirements from a specialist department into technical and system-side solutions
• You have experience with ERP, PIM, inventory management, finance, or comparable business systems and know the requirements for business-critical applications
• Topics such as support, error analysis, testing, releases, migrations, or change management are familiar to you from practice
• You can understand the connections between applications, interfaces, and data flows and analyze technical problems in a structured manner
• Ideally, you know Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations - depending on the focus, experience with other established ERP, PIM, or business applications is also an interesting basis
• For the technical focus, you ideally bring additional knowledge in SQL/T-SQL as well as administration and configuration of ERP systems
• For the PIM focus, you have experience with product or article master data and a Product Information Management system
• For the functional ERP focuses, you bring process knowledge from finance, purchasing, sales, warehouse, or inventory management
• You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner and communicate confidently with specialist departments, IT specialists, and external partners
