CDI - Billing & Accounts Receivable Manager
We are looking for, on behalf of our client, a major player in the healthcare sector in Switzerland, a Billing & Accounts Receivable Manager at 80-100% based in Fribourg.
Reporting to the Finance team, your main missions will be the following:

• Manage billing and accounts receivable activities
• Guarantee billing compliance: TARDOC, DRG and VVG
• Be the TARDOC referent and support the teams
• Supervise collections, debtors and monthly closings
• Manage and develop the team
• Participate in the structuring of the Shared Service Center
• Optimize and digitalize ERP processes and systems

Profile sought:

• Confirmed experience in billing and accounts receivable
• Imperative experience in the medical sector in Switzerland
• Excellent mastery of TARDOC and good knowledge of DRG and VVG
• Experience in team management
• Good mastery of ERPs; Opale is an asset
• Fluent French; German and English strongly appreciated
