Versatile Gardener - Concierge (m/f)

Your tasks:

• Assistance with the monitoring and maintenance of buildings, facilities and technical equipment
• Various gardening works (lawn mowing, pruning of shrubs, hedges and trees)
• Cleaning work and maintenance of outdoor spaces
• Winter service in front of the clinic buildings
• Transport of patients to various hotels in the surroundings
• Separation and disposal of waste and materials
• Coordination of external artisans
• Reporting necessary repairs or anomalies to the competent department
• Your work contributes to ensuring a neat appearance of the clinic and a positive treatment environment
• Intervention on alarm systems, as per agreement

Required profile:

• Experience in the field of gardening (gardener, horticulture)
• Knowledge in HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)
• Technical and manual skills
• Taste for working outdoors in nature
• Reliability, punctuality and careful working method
• Friendly attitude and good manners
• Good physical condition and habit of working autonomously
• Driving license category B, trailer license category BE
• Interest in biological medicine
• Good knowledge of German orally and in writing, oral knowledge of English desired
• Good computer skills in usual MS Office programs
