Child and Youth Worker (50-70%, 6 months fixed-term)

Adligenswil, with around 5-500 inhabitants, is an attractive agglomeration municipality of Luzern, managed according to a management model. Our children and young people are very important to us. For the implementation of their concerns and ideas, they have been able to rely for years on an innovative, reliable, and well-established child and youth animation.

The Cantonal Child and Youth Mission Statement is fully implemented in Adligenswil, and our child and youth animation (OK-JAA) stands on a strong foundation. As part of the well-equipped Social and Society department of the municipality of Adligenswil, its task is to accompany children and young people in their free time and to support them in their social, societal, and political participation.

Your main tasks

Together with a colleague, you are responsible for the ongoing operation of the child and youth animation with the three basic pillars of project, meeting, and outreach child and youth work for the municipalities of Adligenswil and Udligenswil. The distribution of tasks is carried out within the team, which also provides part-time training for a student of the municipality animation course at the Höhere Fachschule ARTISET. You can rely on a modern workplace with contemporary digital support.

You have completed training in Social Work, socio-cultural animation, social pedagogy (or equivalent) or are about to complete it.
