For the Product Support within the Support Technical Services department at the headquarters in Cham ZG, we are looking for an analytically strong and networking personality who, as Analyst Product Support (m/w/d), takes on a central role in technical field observation and exchange with internal interfaces and manufacturers, starting immediately or by agreement. You also know the processes between the market and the manufacturer • Education/Training: You have a technical basic education, preferably in the automotive sector, supplemented by a higher education in a technical field • Digital Skills: You work safely with Excel and data-based evaluations, and ideally have experience with technical or brand-specific systems in the automotive environment • Language skills: You communicate confidently in German, have good French skills, and can communicate in English at a basic level • Personality Fit: You think analytically and in a networked way, go to the bottom of technical problems independently, and take on responsibility in a central interface role between the market and the manufacturer - even when topics are complex and clean coordination is required Do you think we could be a good match? ## Then we look forward to your online application.
