Your mission :
Assist dispatchers in the planning and organization of transport
Participate in the coordination of drivers and the monitoring of routes
Ensure the processing and monitoring of orders and transport documents
Respond to requests from customers and drivers
Perform various administrative tasks related to operations
Ensure compliance with deadlines and contribute to the smooth running of the service

Your profile :
You have a B2 level in German
You are organized, rigorous and have a sense of priorities
You enjoy teamwork and know how to demonstrate reactivity
You possess good communication skills and know how to manage unforeseen and stressful situations
You demonstrate flexibility and are willing to adapt to working hours according to the needs of operations
You are comfortable with common IT tools
Initial experience in transport or logistics is an asset
