Receptionist/Waiter (m/f) for the winter season

Work location: Flims, Switzerland

We are looking for a friendly and committed personality for the position of Receptionist/Waiter (m/f) for the upcoming summer season. The position offers a varied field of tasks with assignments at the reception and in guest services.

Your tasks:

• Professional reception and care of our guests at the reception
• Check-in and check-out as well as processing of reservations
• Competent advice and information regarding our hotel offerings
• Ensuring a warm and smooth guest experience

Your profile:

• Professional experience in the hotel or gastronomy industry
• Very good German and good English skills (additional languages such as French or Italian are an advantage)
• Enjoyment of guest contact and varied activities
• Organizational talent, strong communication skills and a service-oriented way of working
• Flexibility and team spirit
