In doing so, you take into account the health possibilities and personal resources of the employees (clients). Promoting the independence of the employees (clients) is an important concern of yours. Requirement Profile ### • Resilient, practice-oriented personality with high social competence, ability to work in a team, and an appreciative attitude • Training as a landscape gardener and professional experience in the field of garden maintenance and garden renovations • Enjoy accompanying employees (clients) in everyday work • Willingness to actively pitch in yourself • Confident handling of the tension between a sheltered workplace as well as the scheduling and qualitative requirements of the clients • Driving license Cat. B • Minimum age: 25 years Ideally, you already possess training in work agogics or are willing to complete the training alongside your job.
