To strengthen our team in the work preparation of the Bus & Trolley division, we are looking for a motivated and qualified personality as a project specialist.

As a Project Specialist AVOR, you are the connecting element between sales, technology, purchasing, logistics, and production. You contribute decisively to ensuring that our projects are implemented smoothly, on time, and efficiently.

Your tasks ###

• Overall responsibility for your projects as well as coordination between project management, sales, technology, purchasing, assembly, and logistics
• Planning, controlling, and monitoring of production orders - including timely and quantity-accurate scheduling
• Carrying out pre- and post-calculations as well as closing of production orders
• Planning and implementation of schedule changes as well as change requests in ongoing projects
• Continuous optimization of existing processes in work preparation and adjacent areas
• Recording and maintenance of articles as well as other master data in the ERP system
• Periodic review of specification and distribution times
• Support with make-or-buy analyses as well as the procurement of assemblies in cooperation with Supply Chain Management

Our requirements ###

• Completed basic technical training
• Further training as a process specialist is an advantage
• Analytical, structured thinking skills as well as sound knowledge in the vehicle or machine industry
• Several years of professional experience in production planning or in a comparable environment
• High customer orientation, ability to work in a team, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Experience in project management and in flow production is an advantage
• Very good German skills as well as confident communication in English
• Good MS Office skills and experience with ERP systems (ideally Dynamics AX / D365)
