TEAM-WERK Sozialpädagogik AG is committed to supporting various services in child and youth welfare (DAF, SPE and SPF). We support children, adolescents and families in demanding life situations - resource-oriented, close to everyday life, solution-focused - based on our trauma-pedagogical attitudes.

You will work predominantly in the living environment of our clients, remotely and as required in our office in Cham. Ideally, your place of residence is in the Canton of Zürich or the adjacent region.

Your area of responsibility includes

• Carrying out support assignments in the area of SPF/ SPE and DAF
• Participation in team meetings, retreats, team supervisions
• On-call duties according to the on-call plan (by telephone)
• Assistance with foster family care (evaluations, foster family day, foster family continuing education)
• Participation in concept developments

What you bring

• Completed training in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, Psychology or Special Needs Education
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of child and youth welfare
• High resilience, professionalism and social competence
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• Strong self-organization with a structured way of working and reliable, administrative skills
• Joy in resource-oriented and innovative ways of finding solutions
• Understanding or further training in the field of trauma pedagogy
• Driver's license category B
• Readiness for travel within German-speaking Switzerland
