To strengthen our design office, we are looking for an Estimating and Studies Officer (M/F) -- 100 % ---------------------------------------------------- Permanent contract · Orsières (VS) · Start as soon as possible or by arrangement Do you know how to understand and analyze plans, identify all materials and technical specificities to be determined, and estimate technical office, manufacturing and installation hours? Join us to give a fair price to our most beautiful projects. ### Your missions * Calculation and estimating of our offers and tenders: materials, hardware, hours, cost price * Definition of correct technical details for accurate calculation * 2D project plans on Archicad and 3D models on SketchUp, in collaboration with the technical office * Follow-up of tenders and reminders to architects and clients * Monitoring public calls for tenders on SIMAP * Analysis of planned and actual hours to improve the reliability of our times and our article catalog * Use and improvement of Gaillard Pilote, our modern AI-assisted tool * Occasional support for seilo, our furniture brand ### Your profile * Joiner or cabinetmaker with certificate, master's degree, ES technician diploma or equivalent experience * Experience in estimating or technical office in joinery or interior fittings * Proficiency in SketchUp and a 2D program (Archicad, AutoCAD): an asset * Good knowledge of materials, hardware and panels; knowledge of SIA standards and fire protection appreciated * Rigor, autonomy, ease with both clients and the workshop * Excellent command of French ### What we offer * Guaranteed long-term work, in permanent contract * 5 weeks of vacation, including 2 free weeks to be planned at your convenience * Leave on Friday afternoons three weeks out of four; finishing at 4 p.m. on the last Friday of the month * Interesting salary conditions, above the CCT minimums, and 13 salaries * A modern workshop and office, very well equipped and air-conditioned, in the middle of nature * A young and dynamic design office, high-end projects and real room for initiative ### Interested?
