In this demanding role, you actively contribute to the risk and process management of Power Grid, create transparency, optimize processes, and make an important contribution to informed decisions. Risk & Process Manager Power Grid 60-80% (all) # Your field of activity • Management and coordination of risk management within BKW Power Grid as well as guaranteeing reliable and transparent risk reporting • Analysis, evaluation, and monitoring of essential risks and opportunities in order to ensure solid decision-making bases as well as advice and support to Risk Owners and executives in risk assessment and the definition of measures • Development of methods, processes, and tools for risk assessment, early warning, measure management, and reporting • Analysis and optimization of end-to-end processes in close collaboration with the team and specialized departments for an active and continuous development of the process landscape. • Facilitation of Risk Reviews and process workshops as well as support for strategic projects for the success of company objectives Your expertise • University degree in business administration, business engineering, in a technical or scientific discipline or equivalent training • Several years of experience in risk and process management as well as in-depth knowledge in risk assessment, risk management, and process optimization • Experience in cross-functional projects as well as proficiency in facilitating workshops and preparing complex decision-making bases • Knowledge in the energy sector or in a technical environment is an asset • Pronounced analytical and quantitative skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach • Ability for holistic thinking with the aptitude to link risks, processes, and strategic objectives • Very good knowledge of German and French We do not wish to receive applications from recruitment agencies.
