Apply Initial situation ### For our client, an established company in the field of building technology, we are looking for a committed project manager for ventilation / building technology (m/f/d) immediately or by agreement. In this responsible function, you will take over the planning, coordination and realization of demanding projects and accompany them from conception to successful commissioning. Job vacancy number 6521 ## Tasks ### • Management and coordination of projects in the field of ventilation and building technology • Planning, implementation and optimization of technical systems for new and renovation projects • Consulting and supporting customers during all project phases • Coordination of internal departments and external project partners • Ensuring compliance with quality, deadline and cost specifications • Participation in project and construction meetings • Monitoring the execution as well as accompanying commissioning and acceptance • Creation and maintenance of project-related documentation Requirements ### • Completed training in the field of building technology or ventilation technology with corresponding further education • Several years of professional experience in project management or execution of building technology systems • Experience in planning and realizing technical projects Computer science ### Very good knowledge of MS Office Experience with CAD or planning software is an advantage Knowledge of ERP systems and BIM applications is desirable Languages ### German m+s: very good Start of employment ### by agreement Place of work ### 4133 Pratteln Special ### You can expect a varied activity with exciting projects in a modern working environment.
