As an international, rapidly growing company in the field of digital real estate marketing, we are looking for a confident, open-minded personality for our project management team at our headquarters in Lengnau (BE).

Your tasks:

• As a Project Leader, you form the important link between customers and various contact persons in the company.
• In conjunction with the other PLs and production in Berlin, you plan and manage the diverse projects
• You react to unexpected events calmly and confidently. In doing so, there is one thing you must not do: lose track of the big picture.

The following qualities of yours are essential for this:

• You bring experience in project management or project coordination, ideally in a real estate or production environment.
• You work in a structured, independent and reliable manner and maintain an overview even with multiple projects.
• You set priorities, coordinate projects and keep an eye on deadlines, tasks and dependencies.
• You think in networks and solution-oriented and recognize connections between products, processes and stakeholders.
• You communicate clearly, bindingly and empathically with customers and teams and find the right tone even in demanding situations.
• You have very good German and English skills in speaking and writing, French is an advantage.
• You maintain project data carefully and promptly and ensure a reliable flow of information.
• You are IT- and AI-savvy and have experience with project management tools such as Jira or comparable systems as well as CRM solutions.
• You have a quick grasp, familiarize yourself quickly with new systems and products and deal flexibly with changing processes.
• You show initiative and resilience, recognize the need for action and find pragmatic solutions.

If you have already had contact points with real estate marketing or with visualizations (3D renderings), then this will certainly be an advantage.
