From 1 November 2026, we are looking for a reinforcement in the field of Tumorboard data management for a fixed term of 4 months.

YOUR TASKS

• You are responsible for registering patients for the Tumorboard via the C37 medical software as well as sending out the program
• You actively participate in the Tumorboard and take charge of drafting the minutes
• You establish the billing for the Tumorboard
• Using tumor software (ODSeasyNet, Adjumed), you document cancer treatments
• You work in close collaboration with the treating physicians as well as their medical assistants (MPA)
• You assist in the preparation of audits and also participate in them

YOUR PROFILE

• You have training in the healthcare field or several years of professional experience in this sector
• You have knowledge of oncological processes and terminologies
• You master digital applications and structured data management; experience with tumor documentation software would be a great plus
• You describe yourself as a reliable and resilient person, with a high awareness of quality and an autonomous way of working
• You speak German fluently

Working hours: You are available/present all day on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Additionally, you are present on Thursday mornings from 07:00.
