Your role ##

As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead strategic application development projects based on Java, Angular, and service-oriented architectures, from the scoping phase to production. You are responsible for the success of projects in terms of both delivery and technical aspects. In this capacity, your responsibilities include:

• Managing the entire life cycle of application projects, from scoping to production, ensuring control of costs, deadlines, resources, and quality;
• Coordinating and leading development teams, fostering collaboration between business stakeholders, technical stakeholders, and external partners;
• Supervising the technical design of solutions, challenging architecture choices, and guaranteeing the application of development best practices;
• Supporting the implementation of applications developed from scratch as well as transformation or evolution projects of existing systems;
• Ensuring Agile delivery management, monitoring risks and dependencies, as well as implementing appropriate mitigation actions;
• Setting up and leading project governance (committees, workshops, reporting) to guarantee transparency, quality of deliverables, and the achievement of set objectives.

Your profile ##

• Higher education in computer science (Bachelor, Master, or equivalent) and at least 8 years of experience in application project management, with a solid technical foundation in software development;
• Proven experience in Java, Angular, APIs, and service-oriented architectures, with the ability to understand and challenge technical choices;
• Significant experience in leading application development projects, ideally on from scratch, modernization, or system redesign projects;
• Experience in supervising development teams and coordinating technical profiles (developers, architects, QA, DevOps);
• Mastery of Agile and/or V-cycle methodologies, with a strong orientation toward delivery, service quality, and risk management;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills allowing for effective interaction with business, technical, and decision-making interlocutors - Fluent French required and good mastery of professional English.
