YOUR TASK

• You advise our customers independently from the first appointment and support them closely up to and beyond the sales conclusion.
• In this way, you maintain our regular customer base on the one hand and actively acquire new customers on the other.
• To this end, you use our network, maintain contact with ENT doctors, and contribute your own ideas.
• Furthermore, you are co-responsible for a customer-friendly, attractive hearing center and proactively contribute suggestions for improvement.
• You use your key performance indicators purposefully to achieve your goals and take appropriate measures if necessary.

YOUR PROFILE

• Ideally, you have completed training as a hearing aid acoustician, bring at least the successfully passed qualification of Stage 1 (AHS) or journeyman (WIFI)
• You enjoy your profession and want to further deepen your skills and knowledge.
• You are used to thinking and acting in a customer- and closing-oriented manner.
• Your good PC user skills support you in daily business (Noah, common fitting tools, MS-Office).
• Your positive attitude, your independence, and your sense of responsibility help you to achieve your goals effectively.
