Production Planner

Tasks/Responsibilities Your tasks Preparation, disposition and planning of production in a function - from technical work preparation to material disposition and deadline- and capacity-based production planning Interface between purchasing, assembly team leader, R&D and order management AVOR (work preparation): creation and maintenance of work schedules, determination of production steps, organization of fixtures/tools, provision of complete production documents, interface to design/engineering Disposition: determination of requirements from orders and planning, triggering of purchase requests (ordering itself is done by purchasing), monitoring of delivery dates and material availability, ensuring timely provision for production Production planning: creation, maintenance and adaptation of short- to medium-term production plans (quantities, deadlines, sequences), capacity adjustment with assembly and testing, sequence and priority planning in case of bottlenecks, deadline monitoring of production orders and proactive escalation R&D planning: scheduling of R&D requirements (prototypes, pre-series, special constructions) into ongoing production, coordination of resources and deadlines between development and production, consideration of material and capacity requirements for development orders Maintenance of planning-relevant master data in ERP (bills of materials, work schedules, lead times, batch sizes) Reporting and KPIs (delivery reliability, lead times, utilization) Collaboration in continuous improvement of planning and preparation processes (KVP, Lean) Qualifications What you bring Successfully completed apprenticeship (electronics, mechanics would be an advantage) Further education in the field of production/logistics/PPS (or equivalent) Experience in work preparation, disposition & production planning Experience in single-/small-series production with a high level of technology Technical understanding of assemblies/components, advantage in vacuum/precision technology Advanced knowledge in the application of ERP systems Very good knowledge in the application of MS Office Very good German and English skills What we offer: Future-oriented and diverse company with modern workplaces and workshops At least five weeks of vacation Good social benefits and insurance Very good connection by public transport and car, parking spaces available Location near Lake Thun Numerous employee events (grill party, summer party, etc.) jpidba86a99jm jit0728jm jiy26jm
