Cardiac/Thoracic Surgery: Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH

For our client in Bern (Stadt), we are building up a small external team of dipl. nursing specialists (FH/HF/DNII/AKP) for this autumn. The assignments are defined in cooperation with our clients, thus enabling diverse employment. The departments with a focus on cardiac/thoracic surgery and the interdisciplinary bed department will be assigned based on the respective professional experience. (Of course, in consultation with the employees.)

Requirement profile ##

• Completed training as a dipl. nursing specialist (FH/HF/DNII/AKP)
• You have sound professional experience in acute care
• You can adapt to rapidly changing patient situations
• You work conscientiously, independently, and with quality awareness
• You possess high professional and social competence

Tasks ##

• You care for and support patients from the specialist field of cardiac/thoracic surgery and from interdisciplinary specialist fields.
• You manage the nursing process individually and in a goal-oriented manner
• You are committed to the continuous optimization of nursing processes and share responsibility for ensuring and monitoring nursing quality
• Through your expertise, you contribute to good interdisciplinary exchange
