We offer a fair salary, which ranges between CHF 151’600 to CHF 166’600 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. Applications from talents with differing competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your salary may lie slightly below or above the range.

Vacation

We send you on vacation for 5-6 weeks.

• You take overall responsibility for the Format Development area and ensure that operational and market-driven goals are achieved.
• With creativity and foresight, you shape the further development of our physical formats and drive innovative ideas that shape the branch network of the future.
• You identify trends and customer needs early and translate these into sustainable, forward-looking format solutions. In doing so, you use new technical and digital solutions to strengthen the customer experience and efficiency in the further developed formats.
• In close cooperation with internal specialist departments and external partners, you coordinate format development from the first idea to successful implementation.
• As a connecting element, you bring strategic projects together within the Group and ensure effective, smooth cooperation across all interfaces.
• You set targeted strategic impulses to further strengthen the efficiency, customer centricity and market relevance of our physical channels.
