We are looking for reinforcement in the area of construction cost planning.
Your place of work? Optionally in Bern, Zürich, Basel, or Luzern with a view of exciting projects instead of just to-do lists.
Project Manager Construction Cost Planning
WHAT YOU CAN MOVE WITH US
You will take over the project management for new construction and renovation projects as well as overall service competitions from strategy to implementation
You will develop project strategies together with the department management and ensure that they not only look good on paper, but also become reality
You identify optimization potential and bring projects on a course for success
You create complete tender documents and yes, we know that is more than just a few PDFs
You hold all the threads in your hand without losing the overview and when things get tricky, there is applause from the team (and perhaps an extra coffee)
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
A completed education as an Architect FH/ETH or dipl. Project/Construction Manager Structural Engineering or a diploma as a Construction Economist*in MAS FH AEC
Experience in the calculation of structural engineering projects
Leadership experience in project teams or the ambition to take on this role now
An open, transparent personality who not only knows teamwork, but lives it
Independent working and entrepreneurial thinking as well as the ability to request support if necessary
Analytical and networked way of thinking
Very good German skills (Swiss German nice to have, but not a must)
