Customer Advisor Real Estate Investors (m/f/d) 80 - 100 %, Schaffhausen

• You will take over an existing, demanding customer portfolio with real estate companies, institutional investors, property developers, and architects.
• You will advise your customers comprehensively on financing matters and develop suitable, individual solutions for complex real estate projects.
• You will analyze companies, real estate, and financing projects thoroughly, recognize potentials and areas for action early on, and accompany your customers from the first idea through structuring to implementation.
• You will specifically develop existing customer relationships, acquire new customers, and network them with our specialists if necessary. In particular, you will develop customer relationships holistically with the Private Clients division, for example in the areas of investments and pension planning.
• You will coordinate demanding financing transactions efficiently, work closely with our internal specialist departments, and have direct access to our decision-makers.
• You will ensure careful and regulatorily flawless support of your customer portfolio. This includes, in particular, complete and up-to-date customer documentation as well as the consistent implementation of compliance, KYC, and due diligence obligations.
• You will actively contribute your market and real estate knowledge to the team and, depending on experience, take on additional technical, topical, or project responsibility.
• You have sound experience in advising corporate clients and in the financing of income-generating properties. For this function, you have ideally already independently managed a demanding customer portfolio.
• You understand business models, real estate, and financing and can also assess complex issues thoroughly and communicate them in an understandable way.
• You are familiar with the regulatory requirements in corporate banking and handle compliance, KYC, and due diligence obligations securely and responsibly.
• You appear confident and professional and advise your customers in a partnership approach at eye level.
• You think entrepreneurially, recognize potentials, and enjoy developing existing customer relationships holistically as well as acquiring new customers.
• You work independently, responsibly, and solution-oriented, while simultaneously valuing sparring in a technically highly qualified team.
• You hold a CAS in real estate valuation or are willing to complete one shortly after starting your position.
• You want to develop professionally and personally, bring initiative, and want to make a difference beyond your customer responsibility.
