For our two blue Cinema locations in Luzern Stadt (Capitol) and Emmenbrücke (Maxx), we are looking for a service-oriented and technically affine personality as a Teamleader Cinema, Bar/Catering, Projection and Games 60-100 % (m/f/d) for shifts during the week as well as on weekends and public holidays, starting immediately or by arrangement. We rely on flexible team members who enjoy working in a 7-day operation. In this role, you will contribute to the success of blue Cinema in Luzern with commitment. You will support the operations management, ensure smooth processes and actively participate in day-to-day business. In doing so, you will take responsibility for the bar/catering, projection, events, games including bowling and team leadership. Your area of responsibility Support of the operations management during events, operational processes and deployment planning Participation in the recruitment, induction and further development of employees Training of employees on product offerings, food intolerances as well as quality and safety standards Compliance with and ensuring of hygiene regulations according to HACCP as well as the guidelines for the distribution of alcoholic beverages according to the Swiss Food Ordinance Friendly and competent care and advice for guests Responsibility for assortment and goods management, cash management and correct bookings as well as administrative tasks and maintenance of the devices in the gastronomy area Active participation in day-to-day business Central contact person for events including operational planning, coordination with internal and external stakeholders as well as ensuring feasibility, quality and compliance with event and brand standards Technical leadership and support of employees in the event context including coordination during setup, implementation and dismantling Care of the cinema, bowling and building technology (air conditioning, heating, ventilation) Responsibility for projection, image, sound and light quality Ensuring the smooth operation of the technical systems (bowling, laser tag) including training of employees, compliance with safety and quality standards as well as coordination of maintenance, repairs and events Your profile Completed training or experience in gastronomy, hotel management, service or cinema; technical understanding and interest present You already bring initial experience in employee leadership as well as in the bar, service and gastronomy sector We cater to our guests seven days a week, therefore we require your willingness for evening and weekend shifts Stylistically confident communication, very good German skills; further languages are an advantage Positive radiance, polished manners and high social competence Authentic personality with role model function We can rely on your independent, service-oriented and quality-conscious way of working You have a hands-on mentality and are not afraid of new things In hectic situations, you react calmly, thoughtfully and act proactively You enjoy working in a team, proactively share your knowledge and show active helpfulness Good manners and a well-groomed appearance are a matter of course for you Your next step We look forward to your complete and meaningful application.
