Business Information Scientist: Process Management

Bern, 80 - 100 % *Actively help shape the process landscape of one of the most modern hospital organizations in Switzerland. In this role, you will take responsibility for the process management of the Direktion Technologie und Innovation (DTI). We are looking for a doer personality who does not just document or coordinate processes, but takes responsibility, recognizes optimization potential, and consistently implements improvements. Together with the other IT teams and specialist departments, you will develop simple and effective processes that are lived in everyday work and create real added value for our organization.* What awaits you ## • You are responsible for the DTI process map and continuously develop it strategically and operationally. • You take end-to-end responsibility for selected IT processes - for example, Demand Management - and continuously develop them with regard to quality, efficiency, and customer benefit. • You analyze existing workflows, consistently simplify processes, eliminate unnecessary complexity, and implement improvements independently. • You define and establish standards for process modeling and ensure that processes are uniformly documented according to BPMN 2.0. • You work closely with the other IT teams, for example with the service and application managers, and develop efficient, customer-oriented, and future-proof processes. • You define key figures for measuring process quality and promote continuous improvement. • You are versatile and, in addition to your process focus, also support tasks related to the CMDB as well as the Service Management of the DTI. What you bring with you ## • Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field of study. • Several years of experience in Business Process Management or process management. • Sound knowledge of process modeling according to BPMN 2.0. • Knowledge of IT Service Management as well as ITIL. • Experience with ServiceNow is an advantage. • You are a doer personality with a strong understanding of processes and high personal responsibility. • You analyze, decide, and implement improvements pragmatically and sustainably. • You convince through analytical thinking, a structured way of working, as well as strong communication and implementation skills. • Very good German skills as well as good English skills round off your profile.
