Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII as RAI-NH Responsible 70-100% Your tasks • Among other things, you bear responsibility for ensuring the correct implementation of the RAI system according to legal and contractual foundations • You monitor the RAI-LTCF-supported nursing process in our institution and check it using spot checks • You coach and instruct all persons involved in the nursing process with the RAI-LTCF in a manner appropriate to the target group • You conduct internal RAI-relevant training • You control the correctness and traceability of the MDS codings relevant to nursing effort groups on the basis of the nursing documentation • You participate decisively in quality management when interpreting the RAI quality indicators Your profile • Completed education at tertiary level (HF or FH) • Several years of professional experience in long-term care • Completion of the RAI LTCF Expert Course is an advantage (min. Supervisor training) • Sound knowledge of RAI-LTCF and interest in actively developing this area at Tertianum Lindenhof • Understanding of nursing financing and service billing • Very good IT user knowledge (MS-Office, RAI-Soft and CareCoach are an advantage) • Enthusiasm for coaching, instructing, and accompanying employees • Efficient, solution- and process-oriented way of working • An open, appreciative attitude and joy in collaborating in an interdisciplinary team Why Tertianum?
