What you can achieve

• Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational procurement of the Business Area Real Estate
• Further development of strategic procurement & category management for construction services (general planners, general contractors), facility management and energy
• Further development of procurement with regard to a "Procurement Business Partner" approach (processes, tools and service)
• Market monitoring, further development of procurement strategies and optimization of the supplier portfolio
• Leading complex contract negotiations, concluding framework agreements to optimize conditions, as well as guiding the connected planners in the tendering process for works and supply services
• Exercising procurement responsibility as a specialist and internal consultant for the connection of planner, works and supply services within a project organization for civil engineering and structural engineering projects as well as facility management services

What you bring with you

• Several years of leadership and professional experience in strategic or project procurement, especially in the area of construction services, architecture, general planner services or facility management
• University of applied sciences degree, further training as a purchasing manager with a federal diploma or comparable further training
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss procurement landscape, especially SIA and KBOB standards
• Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as a confident appearance towards internal and external stakeholders
• High sense of responsibility as well as an economic way of thinking and acting
• Very good knowledge of common IT tools
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, French skills are an advantage
