Your tasks #####

• Receipt of customer requests and complaints.
• Preparation of offers for requests concerning spare parts and repairs.
• Prioritization of tasks, distribution, and monitoring of work within the After Sales Service team.
• Ensuring compliance with the procedures and standards in force within the company.
• Administrative follow-up of repairs and drafting of technical repair reports for customers.
• Creation and management of After Sales Service production orders for the manufacturing of spare parts.
• Management of After Sales Service spare parts stock and updating of items in our ERP.
• Maintenance of indicators for the After Sales Service department.
• Optimization of After Sales Service processes in order to continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Your profile #####

• CFC or technician in mechanics (electromechanics or mechatronics) or a profile deemed equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role in After Sales Service.
• Mastery of MS-Office and Outlook tools.
• Good writing skills in French and English.
• Knowledge of an ERP (SAP, Oracle, -).
• Good writing skills in French and English.
• Excellent skills in planning and priority management.
