MAIN TASKS ##

• Reception of patients and visitors
• Ensure security in the clinic, as well as in its perimeter and perform checks
• Management of the telephone switchboard
• Cash management
• Scheduling of interventions
• Various administrative tasks
• Schedule: from 20:30 to 06:30, with the possibility of having daytime hours in addition

YOUR PROFILE ##

• Commercial or hotel training
• Similar experience in a clinic or a hotel, an advantage
• Proficiency in IT tools
• Perfect command of French, very good oral knowledge of German and English are a serious asset
• Smiling, autonomous, excellent presentation and endowed with a developed sense of service
